Redo Policy
We want everyone to love their look! If you have any problems or concerns, please contact us within 10 days of your service. We are here to help and will do what we can to keep you feeling great about your service.

No-Show Appointment Policy
Appointments are so helpful for you to find time in your busy schedule to come in and relax and get pampered. We do ask that you contact us within 24 hours of your appointment if you are unable to make it and need to reschedule. We do understand that sometimes no-shows happen. Unfortunately, if we receive 3 no-calls we will need you to start coming in on a walk-in basis.

Late Policy
Running late is a part of life! It happens! If you are running late to an appointment, we will still be happy to service you as long as our time allows us to. Sometimes we will need to reschedule a part of the service (maybe just get the color done and come back for the cut), but we will do our best.

Retail Return Policy
Products that have been purchased from Medusa’s Hair Parlour must be returned unused/unopened within 30 days with a receipt. Used/opened products can be exchanged within 30 days with a receipt for an equal or lesser priced product.
